We encourage individuals, churches, schools and other organizations to join the National Association of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd so that we can continue to build the network of those who support this work of Christian spiritual formation for children.  Each individual member receives all of the benefits of membership and each church/organization membership is invited to designate one individual to receive the benefits of such membership.  This is an option for churches or schools who want to show support for the work of Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and it is an opportunity to gain visibility by being listed in our membership directory or online in our Atrium Locator section.

Some churches or schools join as a member and also send  individual memberships for their catechists as a way of saying ‘thank you’ for volunteering their time and talent in serving the children.  This enables all of their catechists to receive a copy of our annual Journal publication and information about CGS events and materials updates.

Both individual members and church/organization members can choose the level of their support.

Visionary Membership for $500.00 or more a year, may be for those who are committed to the vision of this approach to the spiritual development of the child and the work of CGSUSA. They would like ensure that this gift is shared with others.

Supporting Membership for $100.00 a year, may be for those who are dedicated to CGS for the child who want to strengthen the network of those connected through this gift and want to support the development of catechist resources.

Contributing Membership for $40.00 a year, are for individuals and institutions who may just be starting out with Catechesis of the Good Shepherd who appreciate the gift CGS offers the child and would like to be part of the network of catechists as well as be informed of the news and updates about CGS.

Limited Income Membership of $25.00 a year is for those who enjoy the gift of CGS and want to stay up to date on the news, updates about CGS and be included in the membership directory.
