This year we are planning to have our annual meeting at the Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center, 6700 Riverside Drive, Atlanta, GA 30328, where a Level 1 Formation Leaders Course will be taking place. The Passing of Rose Marie Paul

With deep sadness, we share the news that Rose Paul, Montessorian, catechist and CGS formation leader, died on July 11, 2018. Rose was trained by Sofia Cavalletti and one of the founding members of the National Association, as is evident in the early issues of the Annual Journal. We are grateful for the gifts that Rose shared with our community and we ask the Good Shepherd to give her family comfort and peace.   > read more

She believed her method was firmly grounded in the Gospel even as it was based on science since indeed the two could never contradict each other, as St. Thomas Aquinas taught. She fostered the development of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, a religious instruction program using her methods, which has also shown amazing results in bringing children to know and love the Lord.   > read more
