I’ve registered for a Level III Formation course, and my Formation Leader has asked participants to purchase Reserved Materials for the start of the course. What do I do?
CGSUSA is happy to help make accommodations for these situations. Please make sure that your CGSUSA membership is current and email orders@cgsusa.org. Please include your Formation Leader’s name, the Course Number, the Start Date of your course, and the materials you’ve been asked to order. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with your order.
Since I have registered for a Level III Formation Course, may I access the Level III Materials Manual?
CGSUSA will be happy to grant your access to the Materials Manual after the course begins; however, for all levels of formation catechists must be enrolled in an actively meeting course or have completed a formation course to access the Materials Manual for that specific level. You are welcome to submit your formation information through the Materials Manual access request form. It will certainly speed the process along. Thank you for your understanding of the need for consistency at all levels of formation.
I am not a member of CGSUSA. How do I order Reserved Materials?
Join or renew your membership today! We welcome you to renew your membership at anytime, but membership is required for purchase of any of the reserved materials. This requirement is necessary to validate Level III Formation certification. To purchase these materials, you will also need to submit your Level III Formation information for validation. By renewing your membership and submitting this information for review, you will also receive access to the online Level III Materials Manual and all levels for which you are formed.
