CGSUSA is happy to announce that Year 1 of this book series for six to seven year old children, has been published and is available for CGS catechists and formation leaders. Catechists will need to have received CGS catechist formation at least through Level I to access the Year 1 books and to join the pilot study for the use of the books outside of the atrium environment. The intention of these books is for circumstances in which having an atrium environment is not possible.
Year 1 addresses key themes found in the Level I atrium but is written for the religious needs, capacities, and skills of six to seven year old children. Children will need to have early reading and writing skills.
