Tina Lillig Memorial Fund

What is the Tina Lillig Memorial Fund?

The Tina Lillig Memorial Fund (formerly the CGS Fund) was created to support the growth and development of CGS through catechist formation, missionary outreach, and the vision and goals of the National Association.

Who is Tina Lillig?

Tina Lillig (1945 - 2009), was our first national director.  Tina helped to nurture the seed of this association so that it could put down deep roots and spread wide branches.  Even now, her spirit is alive in our work and is particularly known through many of our publications and our annual Journal.  Whether she authored articles or books herself or worked behind the scenes in editing or shepherding the production of publications or the Journal, Tina’s gifts greatly contributed to the ongoing growth of CGS.

What is supported by the Fund?

The Tina Lillig Memorial Fund provides scholarships, underwrites grants to defray the costs of starting new atria in underserved regions of the U.S. and beyond, provides financial support for the National Association.

Where does the money come from?

The Tina Lillig Memorial Fund receives financial donations from people all over the world who desire to grow in understanding of the religious potential of the child.
