Formed Catechists creating a Unified Membership MUST use the Name, Address, and Email Address associated with their Individual Catechist Account/Record in the Contact Information fields. This is necessary to access the online materials manuals as the formation history is associated with individual catechist.

If you wish to use your current Organization Account Email Address to access your new Unified Membership Account, CGSUSA Staff can assist with this. However, we must make this update BEFORE the Unified Membership Form is completed and submitted.
